Air National Reserves?

Post by MarkShot »

I am coming to this from WITE-2 where you can transfer depleted Air Groups to the National Reserve.

As best, I can tell from the manual Air Groups only end up in the National Reserve when they arrive or are transfered from the East Front. How do you refit depleted Air Groups?

Thanks?

What I have been doing is,

Bring up the air unit's panel, pilots tab,

Get trained Pilot Crew or Get Max Trained Pilot Crew(s) left click either and you get new pilots.

For additional planes? I usually upgrade the unit to fill up on aircraft. I have found the game will fill up aircraft if able, but it is over time.

Top right is replacement settings and aircraft changes. I do not understand all the subtle intricacies of those settings. yet!

*Edit* I forgot to add it is worthwhile to change the Mission Setting to training for a couple of turns to improve the experience and morale. A lot of new pilots lowers both.
