Factory Production Discrepency/Question

For the Soviet T-34/85 M1944 the build limit is 277.

However, when I add up the factory production for factories during the period of the T-34/85 production the come up to 375.

Which is the total weekly production? The build limit in for the T-34/85 OR the total of the factories?

Also, is there a max limit for the production amount of a factory in a city?

T-34 chassis was also used for various gun tanks like SU-85 thus the chassis production must be higher
