Some more information, apparently someone who served in the Royal Navy and the Royal Air Force in WWI attended the course even though he was not on active duty in the military.
Peter Gretton apparently returned frequently to share information and he just happened to marry one of the WRNS! Or maybe she was the reason he kept returning . . . :lol:
