Silent Service Long in the Tooth,1985 getting a error when executing Special Action

Just doing my duty to report any errors I can since I have time too.. not sure if it matters or not but when we execute the special action dialog I get this error message in the attachments provided below

Thanks for the report. The scenario has gone through a lot of builds so the LUA will need to be looked at again
