Airgroup training in the National Reserve

Post by vinnie71 »

I'm returning to the game after a long hiatus.

Playing as the Soviets and am in Winter '42. However, my airforce has been shredded and am trying to retrain it in the reserve but am seeing little progress. What setting should I use when I place airgroups in the National Reserve?

Thanks in advance!

I dont think there is any setting to use to increase experience in the Reserve TB. The squadrons will sooner or later increase their experience to around 55 and then thats it.

There is a current active AAR by M60... The Skys the Limit. Read that. No matter what they still get shot out of the sky.
Molotov : This we did not deserve.

Foch : This is not peace. This is a 20 year armistice.

Until you reach April 1943, air national morale for the Soviets remains at 45. Your units training in the reserve generally have a hard time progressing much above national morale. Once you hit April 1943, national morale for Soviet air goes to 50. In addition, any guards units you receive will get another +5 national morale boost.
