opartwar 3 equipment editor

Hi, does anybody have a copy of the stand alone programme that was the opartwar 3 equipment editor. Due to a major computer malfunction I have lost my copy. Really frustrating, as is the loss of all my games.

TOAW IV has a built in Equipment Editor, but if that is not an option there is the Opart Design and Debug [ODD] program for TOAW III, and the TOAWxml Editor [also for TOAW III]. Otherwise, I believe the TOAW III Equipment Editor files are attached below. I haven't used these in a long time so memory is not clear on the requirements and process.
