Axis units cant receive supply after winter 1943

Depots have enough freight(>10000 freight),but cant send supply to Axis unit after turn 25 (Dec 18) The Axis units near the depots can't receive supplies either

This looks like the "Supplies" ran dry in this scenario. You can see it when pressing "P" and see the Production window if you have any Pool of Supplies left.

Never seen Axis supplies run dry in GC41. GC43 should be similar unless there's something odd there.

Confident it's a Supply Pool issue at this stage, considering some units are sitting in Berlin.

Freight must be there, since troops have Ammos, Fuel, and that comes from Freight. The problem is specific to Supplies.
I'd rather be interested to see the Pools and the Logistic Log and see if Supplies are even being produced.
