What happens to the Black Sea Fleet once it no longer has a home?

Interesting question, my guess scuttled, Interned in Turkey or surrendered and now flying a Kriegsmarine flag, pick your poison but there out of the picture if you have secured the Black Sea

Maybe like modern Russia’s stranded Mediterranean fleet it'll moor off the coast a while and await developments. It seems to be doing similar in the screenshot.

Build a Garrison unit at the Port next to the icon and somewhere between 3 to 12 months it will eventually be destroyed through attrition.

I started to build a Fortified Zone in Batumi, but realized it wasn't necessary.

The Amphibious Force HQ is toothless without troops to transport and a port to ship them from.

At worst, it could attack transport ships.

I'll go ahead and assign some naval interdiction to that spot and see if I can hasten the attrition.
