Burma independence corps in Bangkok?

I looked for a War in the Pacific forum but couldn't see it.

As Japan, I chose to supply the Burma independence corps but it spawned in Bangkok, instead of Rangoon. I am pretty sure the notes for the DE said they would appear in Rangoon and it makes more sense.

NM, I think I understand what happened: there are 3 destinations for the unit to spawn and if Rangoon is not at 5 supply, which it probably wasn't, the unit will spawn at the next point, Bangkok.

Yes, many scripts have alternative destination locations to avoid units not being able to deploy.
