[Not solved][1.26k2]Bad view repositioning

I play in 1920*1080.
If I select a hex out of sight of my capital and click in the quick zone bar to go to the capital, the capital is selected, but the view is positioned 1 screen to the left of it. This also happens from time to time when clicking on the empire banner.

Presque parfait !
In both zoom outs, clicking on the empire banner (only) shifts the view of the capital down and to the left.

And maybe fixing this would fix the bad view positioning when moving opponents in history?
