database and message log

HI, I just got command on steam and I have a PC CPU Ryzen 7 5700xt and GPU AMD 5600 and no database and message logs are showing up in game after many reinstalls and verifying integrity of game files? I had many ppl look at this and nobody seems to know why. I enjoy this game and want to start playing it again but I cant. Please if someone can take a look and help I would appreciate it.

You need to install WebView2 manually: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/m ... orm=MA13LH

(Have you removed the MS Edge browser, per chance?)

I think I have tried to remove ms edge with chris titus tech installation but i dont think it was uninstalled, any chance I can share my screen on discord and you can show me what to do?
