Why did my Commander died ?

Post by Neogodhobo »

So I am playing the soviet and its Winter 1941. Everything is good and we are currently rolling the Germans. Zhukov, my General in command of Central Front, was just killed. He was far behind the line. There was no attack on his HQ. No threats close to him. The symbol beside his name is : KIA and not EXC.

What happened ?!

Could have been a routine prostate checkup with a doctor with large knuckles that did not end well.....

Good responses so far. ;)

Maybe, during the week (?) that game turn represents, he went to a forward headquarters and got killed there?

A Molotov cocktail demonstration gone wrong.
