[FIXED][1527/1544] EO Satellite maintaining target contact when outside of FOV/FOR

Testing the LUA script that ChatGPT helped me with (posted in the LUA Legion forum), I think I found a bug for EO satellites (visual).

Once the EO bird has made visual contact with a target, it maintains chain of custody of that target even when outside the field of view/field of regard of the satellite. The sim then treats the contact as in constant visual range showing course changes and current position even when no friendly visual or radars are in range.

The expected behavior is that once outside the FOV/FOR for the satellite, the contact is no longer spotted, and target that the target ambiguity begins to grow based on its last reported course.

Update: I just tried this in 1544 and it still occurs.

Yes, this is a known issue, was not fully fixed in latest 1544
