Algorithm behind Planet Generation...

Hey - does anyone knows algorithm behind it? I mainly want to generate Pangea continent (encircled by ocean) or 2 big continents, not rigged (consistent not really serrated) - for now I am trying different settings (planet age I suspect is the main factor here? If its <1 bilion then its very early, it should be serrated, >5.5.6 bln I would say its serrated (corrosion) - you know where I am going here, what should we choose to have nice consistent huge continent ( I think large maps are the best here)... What type of OCeania planet would be the best? The most interesting output I had with planetoid but it is quite small...
