I am experienced played both sides would like to put some pressure on allied player by making 4 VL locations more important to hold on to the player needs to do more than just sit back until he has buildup enough to roll Japan.
scenario 2? looks like Dababes is no longer available.

i am open to chat and suggestions nothing is in stone.
