I restarted the GC using scen001v5.

Normally, after loading turn 2 into Tracker, Tracker will generate a few alerts for turn 2. I loaded turn 2 and turn 3, and somehow Tracker shows no alerts at all. Every other data aspec tof Tracker works well other then Alerts. Does that mean my save is corrupted?

I have a question. I have downloaded the tracker and loaded turn 2. My question is I sometimes have more to do in a turn than I have play time. I have in the past saved the game when I had to stop and kept going from the saved game when I had more time to play. If I only load turns in the tracker at the beginning of each turn can I still save in the middle of the turn or will that break the tracker?

You can save in the middle of a turn and it will not break Tracker in any way.

It just means Tracker will have info from your turn's start, while your save in the game will have the latest info (new orders, moves etc) stored in it.

Having issues getting the tracker to run. I have installed 32 bit Java 8 and searched this topic for the following error and have come up empty.

Error;

C:\WitP AE\WitPTracker AE Release 1.11>java -Xms512m -Xmx640m -jar "WitPTracker.jar"
Warning: No leading - on line 1 of `C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre-1.8\lib\i386\jvm.cfg'

Hopefully someone has seen this before.

I have checked all my August 2024 notes and frankly, I have no idea how I solved the issue. I didn't create any note for future reference. Argh!

I think that it is an alert setting that isn't on. But it has been so long since I used tracker that I don't remember....GP

It looks like the database lock file may not have been cleaned up since the last run.

But it's odd, since I don't see any of the trackerdb files, which is the database.

You have installed it in the program file(x86) folder. That along with program File folder are not the best location to install any game as it has special security rules associated with it that deal with wrining files. I'd recommend reinstalling any game to any other location, just the C:\Matrix for instance.

Would you consider using a more current version of Java? I can't find the 32-bit version of Java and you have to create an account to use Java.com website for downloading the 32-bit version. Unacceptable.
