[FIXED] Download Not Available message

I've purchased the new Fail Safe DLC, and it appears among my games on My Page, including the serial number. However, when I to go download it from the North America button, I get a message that says "Download not available." Anyone else having this issue? I've tried downloading it several times now and get the same message.

We will fix this. Meanwhile you can unlock it via the last game update.

1. Download the last update file " CCMO-MultiUpdateComp-v1.07.1567.zip" for Command: Modern Operations from the link below:

2. Once you have finished downloading the file, please unzip the downloaded file to a folder in your Hard Disk.
3. Run the extracted file " CMO-MultiUpdateComp-v1.07.1567.exe"
4. When asked to insert the serial number, please click in the drop down menu "Select a New Product to Install... " and select "Command: Fail Safe".
Type your "Command: Fail Safe" serial number.
5. Click in the button "Check Serial".
You should see then the name "Command: Fail Safe". being added to the list of games displayed in the box named "Setup as detected a valid serial number for:".
6. Click in the "Next" button in order to proceed with the installation of the update.

I have the updated DLC installer from my page. It errors out saying I don't have the current 1567 version of the game. I see no where to get that.

This is the DLC installer I have been using.

btw, the 1567 link above goes to a blank page.

Thanks, I was able to get it through the "Check for Updates" link on the opening launch page of the game. It directs you back to the download page from which I was able to grab it from among all the prior downloads.

I finally got it by using the update launcher. It errored out but left me on a downloads page where I could finally download it. Lets see if this one works. Fairly typical Matrix Launcher operation.

Took that same route to the Matrix site. It worked. Now to figure out the Steam version.
