They go into the same folder as the primary images, but they are called "xxx_t1" t2, t3 and so on.

I propose a new image for the MiG-21R Recce variant of the Polish Air Force. The current picture does not show the Recce/ELINT pod and this image helps identifying its role.

Updated images & descriptions packs are now available on the WS downloads page!

The CWDB update is now 1.56 GB, and contains 8385 files, and the DB3000 update is now 3.25 GB and contains 17899 files.

The images can also be downloaded on-demand from within CMO (no manual action needed). If you wish to re-download images that you have already got (e.g. to update), delete all files in these folders:
[CMO]\DB\Images\DB3000
[CMO]\DB\Images\CWDB

Special recognition for this release to Kgambit!

I prefer this one, but I'm not 100% sure if it's an Adder B ?

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

OVERVIEW: A medium-to-beyond-visual-range (M‑BVR) air-to-air missile, equipped with inertial mid-course guidance (with datalink updates) and terminal active radar homing. Capable of engaging high-altitude maneuvering targets at distances up to ~110 km.

DETAIL: The R‑77‑1 (RVV‑SD for export), designated Izdeliye 170‑1, is an advanced variant of the original R‑77, featuring a more powerful solid-propellant rocket motor and aerodynamic refinements to extend its range and accuracy. It retains the distinctive lattice (grid) fins for high agility and compact storage, and introduces an upgraded Agat 9B‑1103M-2001 monopulse active radar seeker with improved ECM resistance and sensitivity. The missile uses a laser proximity fuse and a continuous-rod warhead optimized for destroying maneuvering air targets. Its mid-course updates via datalink ensure effectiveness in dynamic BVR engagements. It can be deployed in all weather conditions and across a wide flight envelope.

SPECIFICATION:
Weight: 190 kg
Length: 3.71 m
Diameter: 200 mm
Wingspan: 700 mm (grid fins)
Warhead: ~22.5 kg continuous-rod HE
Guidance: Inertial + datalink; terminal active radar homing
Seeker: Agat 9B‑1103M monopulse ARGSN
Fuse: Laser proximity

PERFORMANCE:
Range: ~110 km (front-aspect, high-altitude maximum)
Speed: Mach 4 (approximate)
Maneuverability: Up to 12 g

NOTE:
IOC: ~2010 Export (RVV-SD), ~2015 Russian Aerospace Forces (R-77‑1)
Operators: Russia, Algeria, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Peru, Syria, Venezuela, Vietnam
Platform: Deployed on Su‑27/30/35/57, MiG‑29 SMT/SE, MiG‑31BM, MiG‑35, and shipborne MiG‑29K
Conflicts: Operational use by Su‑35S over Syria

Yes, it’s a better picture, except that it’s not the same model. The SSV Marshal Nedelin class #2821 is an older version, featuring a larger radome housing satellite communications. In contrast, #4698 represents the modern version, equipped with a smaller (modern) radome.

Oh thanks, so Marshal Krylov is now her own class.

This is the pic in the db, still the one above is better :)

The radomes look different, perhaps only painting.
