Significant freezes and slowdown in offshore bombardment

Playing Okinawa Bound from Chains of Wars DLC, I face significant temporary freezes and slowdown when conducting offshore bombardment even in moderate acceleration. My system has monster specs and I have assigned realtime priority to the application
