[WAD] still more issues with me and cargo ops

I'm on build 1567.6 still playing operation sallyport 2029. i have run across another cargo issue i cant figure out. I have landed 2 c-17a at Lae airport (which is about 150 nm east of my cap from tindal opera) the planes are now readying to return to Australia (ok i understand that) the airport now shows 15 cargo available but i cant figure out how to deploy them from the airport towards the town of lae (i guess i cant find them except in the cargo operations window). Do they not become available until the 2 and 1/2 hrs. remaining on the a/c's reading them self's? I've attached a .zip of where I'm stuck at.

You can't do it while in group view, you have to use "units" view so hit the "V" key and then go to the base.... in one of the tarmac spots you'll see Cargo 15..... select it directly and you'll be able to unload the cargo to the map.
