G'day fellow aussie, i dont have wir 3.2

I have a zip version of wir 3.2 if you want me to email it to you.
it solves all the tank rule problems and germans can survive winter 1941 as long as their readiness is not too high (note Wir 3.3 you have problems if readiness is too low).
