Ferry Mission - Aircraft Ignore Aircraft Speed & Altitude

Hi - I've created a one-way Ferry mission and set Aircraft Speed on the Mission wrapper to Cruise.

Aircraft which are assigned to the mission take off, and immediately go into "RTB" status, ignore the speed setting and go to "Military" speed. They then start looking for tankers and their speed will fluctuate between "Cruise" and "Military" until they either reach the tanker or get to Bingo fuel status.

I'm currently running v1.07 - Build 1567, example scenario attached.

I reported this a few weeks ago but since then I have discovered that when you create the ferry mission in the mission editor go and set the speed to loiter then back to cruise and when they launch they will fly at cruise.
