Cargo on submarines?

I noticed submarines do not appear to be capable of carrying cargo. Are there any plans to add this capability? While there are workarounds, it would be nice to have scenarios with commandos, etc. on submarines, transferred to and delivered to shore as "cargo" in small boats or submersibles, and so on.

Any thoughts on this?

I would like to see that as a feature sometime in the future.

The youtube video is excellent as well, P Gatcomb makes fantastic tutorials.
