Could use some help with download

I'm a long time board wargamer (started gaming around 1970). I've just discovered this game, but as I live on an island in the St. Lawrence river with no access to high-speed Internet I could use some help acquiring the game files. I'm hoping that there's someone nearby (Ontario or Quebec) who could download that game, burn it to CD for me, and mail the durn thing to me.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I'd seen the link to Philly, but am going to pass on it for two reasons:
1) though I can almost throw a brick and hit the border I am not in the USA as he asks;
2) I would rather not deal with Customs.

I'll look Les the Sarge 9-1 up and see if he can help though (unless they're the same person).
