Engagement range bug still

Playing Beta 1.3.0.2
So long story short I order a manual fleet with engagement range 5000 to refuel in a system then to move in another system. In the refuelling system there are automated defenses on another planet (not the refuelling one)
Rather than refuelling it decided to attack automated defenses on another planet...
How ? Why ? Plus you can see that it still has its missions. Attacking the stations don't even appear as a mission of the fleet.

I thought you had corrected this with the latest patch ? Am I missing something ?

Thanks for the save. Do you happen to have a save from before you gave the order to the fleet?

Unfortunately no.
If I come across a similar situation I'll save before and after.
Also is there a better place to post bug reports ?
