ARM's miss 100% of the time by ~1000ft

Hi, I'm seeing hits with both AS-11's and AS-9's but the majority are misses. They each have a CEP of 5m and an 85% reliability rating meaning they will miss 15% of the time. We can look into the extreme cases where they miss by thousands of feet though without malfunctioning, thanks

I have now run it six times in 1567.6 letting the AS-11s and AS-9s play out to end game. This the worst performance I have seen yet. None of them even close to 1000 ft miss. The worst was the AS-11 missing by 400 ft. I am getting about 50% hit/damage on ARM shots.

Can you screenshot where you are seeing 1000 ft misses consistently?

Is the problem specific to these missile types, or applicant to all ARMs in general ?
