Shipbuilder menue needs desperately more subcategories

The shipbuilder becomes way too confusing & cumbersome to use as soon as more ship types and hulls become available.
The existing filters are nowhere near enough and its discouraging to play on manual ship design.
There is much need for more subcategories like this:

I totally agree.
Also would be helpful to have a semi automated ship design.
My ideal setting would be ship design automated for civilian ships and bases and manual for military

Agreed but I'd like if it was a checkbox drop down menu and you could simply tick what types of hulls you want to see. That way you can customise it to exactly what you want and it remembers the settings. I could just untick the hull types that I'm not interested in.
