End the current phase button will be grayed out after opening the Victory Totals form

Tried both v07.00.01.00 and v05.00.00.10, Solitaire mode:
The button is still grayed out after closing the form, needs to reload the save file.

Does anyone have the same issue?

No. Using 5.0.0.1 works just fine for me in multiple games, no issues with the end phase button.

Found a workaround:
Save or save as the game will make the end phase button available(green light).

At the end of turn stage processing, the Victory Totals form will be automatically opened, which will not trigger this issue. The end phase button is still available when the form is open and after it is closed.
It seems the issue is only triggered by manually opening the Victory Totals form.
