[FIXED][1645] DB sub info won't display

This seems to be a scenario-specific issue in 16XX. It seems to work in the same scenario in 1567.6 and all other scenarios regardless of build. I can't get any subinfo to display.

edit...I take that back from above. It has the same issue in 1567.6. I have tried versions of that scenario all the way back to three years ago using db501 and anything with that specific sub doesn't work. I have tried deep rebuilding, replacing the sub, and deleting all subs in the scenario. No luck.
