How often does the SE Manual get updated?

Hello all!

New player here with ~90 hours in game, I was just wondering after a conversation with someone on Reddit - how often does the offical SE manual get updated? Having to flip between patch notes and the manual feels daunting as someone who's still learning the game, hell flipping through the manual is daunting enough - I know there's probably too much information in this game to ever truly be consolidated into one place but just figured I'd ask as I know some systems get tweaked with each patch etc.
