color of supply points

color of supply points

it is the scenario of Anonymous Heroics. why in some turns, the supply points are shown half-red and half-white circles, but in other turns, they change to all-white circles?
does the color of supply points says something?

thanks, now I understood the purpose behind it. if there are a lot of white-color supply hex within my territory, it means my line of defense has some breach in terms of ZOC, which will lead to the trace of supply lines for opponent side.
and another point is, the supply view map doesn't update dynamically when I move the units, this point make quite confusions.
