Then suddenly this shows up
What’s the best strategy for this other than run like HELL.

Of you press and hold the "Windows" key and then press the "prt sc" you will have an image of your screen. You can then paste it into a program like Paint and edit it if you want to do so.
Seek peace but keep your gun handy.

I'm not a complete idiot, some parts are missing! :o
