HQ Auto-Command change needed

"Autocommand" should prioritize units of their own nation first. It is extremely frustrating when Germany or Britain has units (especially air units) out of command and supply because the German or British HQ is commanding Romanian, Hungarian, South African or Australian units while the Romanian, Hungarian, South African or Australian HQ is commanding nobody and units not adjacent to enemy formations (like air units or armor in reserve) are at low supply and readiness because they don't have a higher HQ.

The cost of having occasionally lower-level leaders commanding units is much less than having units out of supply and completely lacking leadership because Manstein would prefer to lead a Romanian Corps on the front line rather than the tier 3 German bomber that can't be led by the Romanian HQ. Autocommand is largely worthless because units of minors aren't being led by HQ of minors first.
