Ground Element Reliability

Post by Dereck »

I'm confused (easily done).

For an artillery unit what is the difference between one with a reliability of 0 and another with a reliability of 9900?

Thanks
PO2 US Navy (1980-1986);
USS Midway CV-41 (1981-1984)
Whidbey Island, WA (1984-1986)
Naval Reserve (1986-1992)

Do you know if reliability ratings in non AFVs work at all? Maybe figuring this out first would be good. :lol:
The reliability rating of an AFV is actually two different items.

The first two digits represent the reliability of the AFV when moving (if only 1 digit is
shown the 1st digit is assumed to be 0). The higher the number, the less likely the
AFV will become damaged during movement.

The second two digits are survivability, and the higher the survivability the less likely
the AFV will be destroyed in combat during a special survival check as opposed to
just being damaged.
