Major Mess movement penalty script issue

Just getting back into SP:WaW and I would like to install MM's penalty script. (IMHO one of the best mods for increased realism in what I have long believed is the best platform to create tactical simulations for WWII) Unfortunately when I hit "Run with Power Shell the PS screen pops up and then instantly disappears. I am running the game on Windows 11 with no problems, but I don't have enough (any) programming skills and am at a loss on how to accomplish this. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That is disconcerting to hear.
Ummmmm, I'll be the first to admit that this powershell magic is beyond me. This was in response to some concerns that a nefarious soul could inject some digital awfulness into the game. Transparency and all that.
Why it doesn't work for you with Win 11 is a mystery.

How about this ..... send me a PM and I'll shoot you a mech.exe with what you're looking for.


There's a more complete Mod coming down the pipe, but I'm in the middle of a move so that'll be another month or so.
