[1674] Patrol mission random course problem

There is an issue with the AAW Patrol Mission where the course is continuously altered, preventing units from conducting a proper patrol. Due to this problem, even when low on fuel, the units do not proceed to aerial refueling and instead get stuck following the changing course, eventually resulting in crashes.

Please load the attached scenario in the Editor and observe from the China side at 1x flame time acceleration. You will notice that some units’ courses change abnormally.
