[1674] Custom losses don't display correctly

Run in the Lua console:
ScenEdit_AddCustomLoss('Side', { { 'Custom', 10 } })

(As per the documentation on the commandlua.github.io site)

In the "Losses and Expenditures" window this shows up as "1x " without the "custom" string. Also, the number is always 1 (?).
