Bought Operational Art of War IV But Didn't Get All Scenarios

I just bought Operational Art of War IV but I didn't get all of the scenarios in the install. I only got Kasserine Pass, Anonymous Heroics, Tannenburg and a Tutorial. How do I get this fixed?

1. Go to Documents, then My Games, and then to The Operational Art of War IV folder
2. Create a new folder called "Scenarios" You can leave it empty.

Look at the bottom of that window where the scenarios are listed, you'll see the first button in a row of six buttons called "Folder". Click it.

Then enjoy all the other folders full of goodies.
