In playing as Japan in Marco Polo Campaign is that worth the investment? Reading what area will increase MPPs in the Strategy Guide, I'm not sure there's enough area that's not conquered etc. compared to the Day of Infamy Campaign.

I don't know about MPP area at all in these semi campaigns. WW'1 was quite fine but some later scenarious just an after thought about MPP and this industrial research if it has one. I don't think any negative MPP calculated in the balance. I'm also playing as Japan Marco Polo campaign,But not sure.
