Update: unit bitmaps missing in campaign folders

In the process of updating my Frankencounter for Older Eyes Mod I found a possible oversight.
Two folders in the location below appear incomplete.

D:\Strategic Command WWII - War in the Pacific\Campaigns\_1944 Imphal and Kohima

Axis Minor [3d and nato sprites present]
Major_06 [nato sprites missing]
Major_07 [3d and nato sprites present]
Major_10 [3d sprites missing]

Update: A more rigorous examination of the campaign folders found the following:

1944 Imphal and Kohima......Axis Minor All 4, Major_06 3D only, Major _07 All 4, Major_10 Nato only
1944 The Marianas.............Major_03 Nato only, Major_10 Nato only
1945 August Storm.............Axis Minor All 4, Allied Minor All 4
1945 Iwo Jima..................Major_03 Nato only, Major_10 Nato only
1945 Okinawa..................Major_03 Nato only, Major_10 Nato only

Is this working as intended or should these folders contain both sets of bitmaps?

1942-43 Solomons Campaign\Bitmaps\Allied_Minor\unit _sprites_nato is actually a 3d unit bitmap with a solid white background.
