connecting error

HI,
Strategic Command War in Europe WW2
I cannot connect to the PBEM games now. The message says " connecting" but it never connects. My internet is working fine.
Please tell me what i can do

I've just tried and managed to connect successfully, so hopefully the server just had a glitch.
