Nuke damage problem

Post by solops »

I originally put this in the wrong place -

Possible error - Playing a game under v1.27a (game started under 1.26o2). Three times now I have had my cities nuked with the attack message saying that 2000 rads had been added to the hex. However, when I look at the hex, it has a zero rad count....? I also had some units in hexes adjacent to a neutral city that was nuked by a third party. My units all took casualties as they should, and hexes all around the city took radiation damage as they should. I am not sure what is going on. So the radiation damage system works on all cities but mine? Cool!

Later...more attacks on me....my population is getting blasted and I am getting some structural damage, but there is no radiation damage to me. When I nuke my enemies, they get radiation damage. Something is off. I have a save.

Also, there needs to be some kind of defense against ICBMs, even if it is minimal. And there needs to be some sort of protection for population as well.

Edited for clarity.
