Campaign Leader Image

I'm wanting to change the Campaign Leader BMP to some of the images from the in game leader images for new variety. I finally found the Campaign Leader BPM's however when I edited the image and saved the new file in the main game folder. The old images still load in the campaign prelude? Can this be changed or do I need to change the image name text in a root file?

You will need to outright replace the leader files for the nations you're interested in.

Don't forget to make sure they are saved with the same specifications as the old bmps, or they won't load properly.

Thanks...I'm trying to switch the German ones CampLeader1 BMP
I got the pixels to 624x104 still didnt work, so I thought maybe just port the one from Western Front and still no change in the campaign prelude? So I've changed the file twice and its still loading as the old file in game, if that makes sense.
