According to the wiki

"three aircraft operating the French Indochina service were unable to return to France following the Armistice,"

I don't think they have a huge impact on the course of the war.

According to my Jane's Encyclopaedia of Aviation 30 of these were made for Air France and were used on the Paris-Dakar and Paris-Hanoi routes (the book listed Cannes and Damascus as interim stops but there must have been one or two others between Damascus and Hanoi). According to the book they had a max speed of 187mph and a capacity of up to 22 passengers. By comparing capacity to other transports in the game you may be able to come up with a reasonable cargo capacity. I would probably use the Cannes to Damascus distance as their operating range.

I hope that this helps.
