Game won't run

I installed yesterday but didn't fire it up, today when it opens the launch page and I hit play, it just went black. So I uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing. Black Sea works fine, I did that at the same time. It's a windows 10 computer, I'm not sure what other information you might need. When I installed, from the activate serial number screen, I did all of the product serial numbers at once (choosing from the drop down menu). Not sure if that would be a problem?

I have the same problem.

Installed main game, then the 3 DLC's which seems repetitive installing the game over and over again just to add the serial numbers and the game menu starts up and when you hit play, a brief black screen and that is it.

I'm also having this problem.

I've just bought a new PC and yesterday I downloaded and installed all my CM titles (Battle for Normandy, Fortress Italy, Shock Force 2, plus associated DLC). I fired up SF2 with no problem and set up a Quick Battle for later play. Returned to SF2 today and it won't start from the launch screen as described above. The other titles are fine, so far.

Help would be appreciated.

If you haven't already, I'd suggest that you submit a ticket to the help desk. They could more than likely get you up and running quickly.
