Dumb AI again

Post by Chris21wen »

Nothing new, usually I just let the AI do it's thing but Rabaul early 43? I know you can stop script running by switching to that side but how. Is it just a matter of changing the TF destinations and/or LCU objectives?

The AI can pull unassigned ships from any port to make a CS TF from any friendly port to any friendly port. Turning off the Japanese Computer setting and selecting Allies Both (head to head setting) would allow you to interrupt those ships and reassign them but if you switch back to Japanese Computer later the script would probably create another CS convoy from different unassigned ships. I don't know how to fiddle with scripts, so It is what it is.
Sardaukar deals with these CS convoys by sinking them with low level B-25s ...

Can't remember who it is but someone who post regularly plays exclusively against the AI and and has often said that he intervenes when the AI keeps a script going. Anybody know who it is?
