Question about countries slots in bitmaps

Major :

01=UK
02=FRANCE
03=USA
04=URSS
05=?
06=? (POLAND ?)
07=? (POLAND ?)
08=GERMANY
09=ITALY
10=?

Could someone give me the ? in the latest version v1.30.00.01

I am a little bit confused, in old versions, it was less bimaps slots
