Command report and intelfeed

Are the Command report and intelfeed
in the 2.00.03 patch .because i just installed this patch and i dont see it .
and yet i was watching on youtube "Campaign Series Vietnam - The Eradication" and it looked like he had 2.00.03 version and he had the Command report and intelfeed in his game .
i cant wait for this its almost like what i have been waiting for without knowing it.

Ah yes, I'm using a BETA for the next UPDATE, that has the intelligence feed, but still need some tweaks.

The separation of the Command Report, for example, as now it gets buried in the feed.
