Turning off a theater box

First of what will probably be several questions.
I am slowly combining Teos excellent OB mod with the Finish mod from Daren Moss. First of all, is the new editor just not really working for anyone else? It looks really nice but most of it is non-functional for me in the latest download. Is that a me problem or an it problem?

Main question, If Finland is in play, how do I deactivate the theater box?

There is an old Editor and an new one. The new one is good for Units.

You may check the TB window (there is a key to open it in the main topbar in the map view, somewhat centered...I think it contains a Star as logo....or so). In this window you can then change the TBs.
