Again it is up to you if you want to stockpile your supply back there ;-P. Again I turn them to zero (0). Please note that you may have to turn some on sometimes, you will have to figure that out :)
Can you imagine all of those ports stockpiling your supply back there? :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek: :ugeek:

Enough said and I turn my back on it :-)

Very helpful tips here HLYA even for us PVE Players, the OKH setup and placement is interesting.
I'm always trying to get the best out my forces even against the AI :D

Just a note that my way may not be the best and not for everyone. Just make sure where you think the Soviets might attack put some artillery in the HQ because Artillery loves to disrupt their attacks :)

LOL, my private message box was full on matrix. I cleaned it out a bit since I saw someone sent me a private message but I did not receive it.

My inbox was 100% full :(. I cleared it out some.

You can always post in the AAR questions. Because there are many much smarter than I ever am in the game that can help.

Thanks for the detailed explanations - I get it - I think. Then its a simple matter of putting AGC in the north with its extra Panzer Groups, and AGN (still with Leeb) in the middle as Army Group Swamp?

Correct.
There is no hocus pocus or wonder weapon in it besides just min-maxing things.

Turn 2

I don't have a ton of supply at the airbase going towards Pskov but I have enough to sortie 70 fighters :-)

We take out 1/2 of the unescorted bombers. (my new Command structure will be fully in place by turn 3, if I remember correctly)

Turn 2

I naval bombed the port on turn one but I did not set-up another naval directive for enemy turn. Was on purpose not to set one up. But you can tell from the following snapshots that I had many Fighters in the area to intercept any incoming bombers. The Soviets are able to keep the supply in place, but I am after Soviet planes.

Turn 2

Soviets came in with many "unescorted" bombers for their naval directive. I just let my boys do their dirty work.

Turn 2

That was the end of Air Operations for Soviet Bombing. I set up a couple of AS Directives over the North and go to the Ground phase.

Turn 2

I have step-by-step moves for T2 but I am not going to post them. Just going to show end of turn units in place and a few comments on items.

Here is the advance on Leningrad T2.

Turn 2

With 1/1 PZ Rgmt I ran into two Soviet units on Dno (incased in the Yellow bracket). I really didn't and don't want them beside my Rgmt at the beginning of their turn and I had a Flammpanze BN with the rgmt. I had to take the chance and attack this unit since I am 99.9999% positive these units are on trains since this is only turn 2 and no way they had enough to disembark. I said "F" it and attacked. Glad I did but pushing that button made my butthole pucker big time. I did let out a squeek ;-P

Here is the dual thrust towards Leningrad on one snapshot. PZ Army 4 is heavy on Inf :(. FBD4 is 1 hex below Riga.

Turn 2

PZ Armie 3 area of concentration turn 2. You can see Army Group North and Center kissing each other with Lufft 2 a bit north of them.
